A South of France holiday apartment, ideally situated, a short walk away from the Blue Flag Mediterranean Beach of Narbonne Plage. Luxurious 2 bedroom apartment situated on the first floor in a gated community. Tastefully decorated, the apartment creates the ideal environment and atmosphere to enjoy a wonderful holiday.
The apartment comfortably sleeps 5 and is a short walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. It boasts an open plan area of 80m2 consisting of lounge (with sofa bed), fitted kitchen and dining space. In addition the property has a shower room with toilet, separate toilet, large loggia/terrace with patio table and chairs and swing chair. The kitchen is well equipped with quality appliances including coffee maker, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.

"Cet appartement est bien situé, au calme. Le vrai plus est qu'il y a 2 toilettes. par contre pour joindre le centre ou la plage il faut marcher ( 10-15 min). ce n'était pas un problème pour nous. La plage est très large et propre, avec le sable fin. Par contre, à Narbonne plage il y souvent le vent et l'eau est assez fraiche. L'agente qui gère l'appartement est très sympa et accueillante. On a bien aimé cet appartement."

"Very nice apartment in a quite area of Narbonne Plage but only 5-10 minute walk to the restaurants and shops and to the super beaches. The whole of the Narbonne area is superb, from family beaches great for young children to wilder and more natural beaches. Although the area is busy, it never felt crowded.Excellent for water sports, walking and cycling and relaxing! The main high street is quite commercial but hidden between the bucket and spade shops are some very good restaurants catering for all budgets The apartment is in a secure gated community,very well equipped, light and airy. We recommend jumping in the car or on your bikes and exploring the area, Grisson old town is really nice and Bages which is further afield is a hidden gem"
